While PayPal Working Capital provides access to capital based exclusively on proprietary insights, Swift’s technology will allow us to assess supplemental information to more fully understand the strength of a business and provide access to complementary financing products to meet the needs of small and mid-sized businesses. Responsibilities: 

  • Receive inbound calls from business owners who are interested in funding for their business
  • Build exceptional relationships with business owners by building rapport and developing trust to understand their borrowing needs
  • Understand the challenges that small business owners face and recommend solutions based on their needs
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while overcoming customer objections
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to close the deal while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed established productivity goals
  • Utilize Salesforce to log, track, and maintain customer records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience along with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas
  • Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust quickly over the phone
  • Is passionate about helping small business, and loves to speak with business owners on the phone
  • Highly competitive with a fire burning inside
  • Top notch listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with a tenacious drive to be number 1
  • Self-starter; strong work ethic; eager to crush sales goals
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or inside sales within a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving in order to close the business
  • Highly resourceful team member with the ability to be extremely effective both independently and as part of a sales team

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of merchant cash advanced, credit card and merchant processing
  • Previous financial services experience
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or inside sales within a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of SalesForce
