While PayPal Working Capital provides access to capital based exclusively on proprietary insights, Swift’s technology will allow us to assess supplemental information to more fully understand the strength of a business and provide access to complementary financing products to meet the needs of small and mid-sized businesses. Connect, engage and consult with small business owners as a funding expert and resource for their business.  Our Relationship Managers are the professional point of contact for current and returning customers, making the role a strategic and important focus within Swift Financial. 

Applicants must have a talent for establishing immediate rapport and building trust, leading productive conversations and delivering funding solutions.  The Relationship Manager role requires drive and focus, and a successful RM will leverage their strong relationships in closing his / her deals.

You will proactively assess customer needs and consult on solutions, zeroing in on priorities to maximize Swift’s value to their business and ultimately increasing their customer ROI.  The RM / customer relationship is a key role in our company, expected to elevate accounts from one-time funded businesses to loyal, consistent customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
